Working fine. Instructions were meager and the GSX customer service telephone number did not answer after > 30 minutes hold time. Tech support did not answer my E-mail until four days later, and gave an incomplete answer. I figured the solution out on my own which was I had to use the remote control to set up the TV for cable, and not the buttons on the TV. The paper template made easy work of drilling the mounting holes, although I used a much smaller drill bit than recommended. The LCD TFT screen has to be viewed from pretty much straight on, but since the screen swivels and pivots, that was not too much of an issue. The sound is better than I expected. The radio can actually be turned up pretty loud without any buzz or distortion. I am getting around ~ 60 channels with cable service and no box. I love being able to catch up on the news and sports while in the kitchen. Feels very boojee. The quality of the picture is passable. I really notice how fuzzy this picture is if I walk from my big screen Hi-Def TV over to this one. The adjustable mounting pedestals worked well. Do yourself a favor and buy some “right angle” cable connectors for the back of the TV, as most likely the unit will be very close to the wall. To get a picture, the unit needs a coaxial cable connection, preferably hooked up to a cable or satellite service. Otherwise, you won’t be picking up any signals unless you happen to live underneath the broadcast tower of your favorite TV station. My neighbor has the same model for over two years. He said one of the buttons broke on the TV but he gets around that by using the remote. The remote control is nice. The response time for the TV to turn on and for the channels to change is slow. The overall quality of the unit seems pretty cheap to me, with 70’s styling. I do not consider the box to be “ultra-slim,” but more on the bulky side. When I remodeled my kitchen, I planned ahead of time where to put the cable and electric sources. I did not want cords snaking anywhere in the kitchen. Then I could not find an undercabinet TV that had the quality I was looking for, so I settled for this one. As long as this TV is working, then I am happy.
