Radio needs to have a stronger antenna. We are unable to get good reception from some of the stronger broadcast stations in our area and it seems that there is no easy way to add an external antenna. CD usage is fine 8/10; clock could use a back light; button configuration is a little confusing as I am always pressing the timer button to try and turn off the machine. overall satisfaction 6 out of 10.

I have had this clock/cd player for over a year and have had no problems with it, so I bought my mom one. She had bought atleast three other brands before I got her this one and the main problem she had with them was the clock. You either could not read the clock from a distance, without being at a certain angle or the clock would not light up unless the radio or cd player was in use. Which makes no sense to me. Anyways she likes this one so much she’s planning on buying one for her friend as a birthday present.

I’ve enjoyed the GE Spacemaker since it’s been installed. Installation was very easy. It was smaller than I expected. Smaller then unit it replaced. It is one of the few that has a counter top light which works out great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of unit.

THe radio has very good sound and reception. It mounts to the cabinet easily and blends in nicely.
