If your dishes feel cold when you get them out of your kitchen cabinet, does it mean you might have a problem?

with your insulation, such as some missing insulation or something? The cabinets are attached to the inside of the front wall of the house. Nothing feels cold but the dishes. Even dishes that have sat clean inside the dishwasher overnight feel cold. The dishwasher is installed under the counter below the cabinets.
I don’t mean that the cold dishes themselves are a problem. Just that they might indicate a problem with insulation which could cause higher heating bills.
