My contractor used plastic cables to connect an outlet off an existing outlet on the same wall. From the same outlet he has plastic cable for under cabinet lights. My Super says he should use BX cables cuz plastic cables can get too hot and burn inside wall. My contractor says everythings fine and safe. [...]
