Most of the spray went under the cabinets where the cats aren’t. If I mop up the area where the cats are likely to cross/use, how long until it is safe for them to reenter the area?

I have a panasonic under the cabinet tv/dvd system that just stopped working one day. After examining it I noticed the pack for the ac adapter was blinking red. When I unplugged it from the back of the tv it was normal, steady red light. When it gets plugged back into the tv it starts blinking rapidly and there is no power getting to the system at all.
